Congratulations to Kaitlyn Tyler, who has been selected as this year’s first Mountaire/WBOC Farm to Table Scholarship Awardee. Kaitlyn will be officially recognized this Thursday here at Parkside CTE!
Kaitlyn is a Maryland FFA Plant Science Winner, Borlaug Scholar, and received her Certification in Professional Horticulture. Kaitlyn was also the winner of the ACE mentoring challenge for her Landscape Design. Kaitlyn plans to study Landscape Architecture at Virginia Tech or U. of Maryland.
Kaitlyn will attempt to break the Guiness World Record for most plants planted in one hour this Friday here at Parkside CTE!
